Questions before you start

Hotel IT Passport pricing & fit FAQ

Clear answers about how the product fits alongside the tools and vendors you already use.

Can I start with one hotel?

Yes. The Single Property plan is designed for one hotel. You can move to a portfolio structure later if the organization adds or standardizes more properties.

Does Hotel IT Passport replace our MSP, RMM, ticketing system, or network controller?

No. Hotel IT Passport is the property technology documentation and continuity layer. Your MSP, ticketing, monitoring, controller, and vendor tools can remain in place.

What if our documentation is incomplete?

That is a normal starting point. The readiness model is designed to make missing systems, contacts, contracts, procedures, and handover information visible so the team knows what to improve first.

Is pricing based on room count?

No. The standard plans are priced per hotel property, not per guest room.

Can different people have access to different hotels?

Yes. Portfolio use includes property-scoped user access so authorized team members can be limited to the hotels they are responsible for.

Can we produce a handover record?

Yes. Hotel IT Passport includes a portable property report intended to make technology handovers easier for ownership, operations, and authorized technology partners.

Should Hotel IT Passport be used as our password manager?

No. Keep passwords and secrets in a dedicated secure credential system. Hotel IT Passport should document the system, ownership, support path, and access context rather than replace a purpose-built password manager.
